Sassy™
Sassy™ is a brilliant ruby-red apple – distinctively conical in shape, packed with crunch and a mild sweet-zing flavour.
The hotter conditions of Redland’s Goulburn Valley farms are ideal for growing the perfect Sassy™. This includes a slight bleed into the white flesh of the apple from high levels of naturally occurring flavonoids.
Granny Smith

Royal Gala
Royal Gala Apples feature a distinctive pink-yellow blush to their skin and a honey-sweet flavour that satisfies even the fussiest of eaters.
This smaller variety of apple is harvested earlier in the season from Redland’s farms in the Goulburn Valley. Eat them fresh, cook with them, or pack in school lunches.
