Our farms
From the tropical north to the rugged west and cool-climate south, 100% owned Redland farms are as beautiful as our fruit – making the most of our unique growing conditions under the Australian sun.
The largest investment in crop protection systems and structures in Australia
Growing beautiful fruit is one thing. Ensuring that fruit is protected until it’s ripe for picking is another.
We’ve made the largest investment in crop protection systems, with horticulture netting infrastructures covering more than 1700ha of orchards, to deliver the most beautiful fruit from our farms to your fruit bowl.
These measures ensure consistency of supply, as well as continuity of labour in the communities where our farms are located.

Dedicated to operational excellence
Everybody, every decision, every day, we work hard to achieve operational excellence that delivers on our farmgate promise: more value from every harvest.
Operational excellence comes through heavy investment and a dual commitment to both advanced agtech and really good people. Technology allows us to do what people can’t, but there’s no replacing the care that comes by picking fruit and pruning plants by hand.
We’re also certified across all our operations with Global Gap, SEDEX, HAARPS and Freshcare as proof of our achievements in operational excellence.

Investing in people
We’ve been proud to participate in the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme, one of our most successful ventures to date.
Through PALM, we employed 130 team leaders, supervisors, drivers and pickers from Vanuatu in our farms in the 2024/2025 season.
These people have contributed immeasurably to the Australian communities in which they’ve become a part of – as well as to the growth of Redland itself – through their skills, personalities and culture.
